Joining us as a Senior Recruitment Consultant you will start your journey with on the job training learning all aspects of recruitment and employment.

You will develop a portfolio of drivers and customers and become their account manager to manage their needs on a daily basis. When your clients ask you for a driver you will search through our extensive database of drivers or if needed advertise and recruit to fulfil our many vacancies.

With your ongoing learning and development you will learn all about running a recruitment business to put you in a great position to develop your career to many varied career paths and opportunities.

We are a people business so as well as your academic expertise we need team members that are outgoing, very competitive, talkative, focused, energetic, funny (or can sing if you can?t tell jokes) go getters.

You will have recruitment agency or B2B sales experience already.
